SMDP consultants have a successful track record as Sellers, Service and Sales Managers, or at Sales Director level.

We bring practical experience of working in, and working with, a wide range of industries.

We bring proven best practices from non-competing industries to every client. Whilst many of our consultants hold academic qualifications, our training solutions are wholly practical events.

There is little or no theoretical content. Consequently, delegates can implement the programme contents immediately into their Workplace.

What we do

Before presenting our recommendations to a client, we understand and agree your goals and measures of success for each people improvement project.

Our proposal includes a clear explanation of the content and processes your delegates will experience in the development programme, which will MOTIVATE them to CHANGE their activities on return to work.
